Shipping & Delivery

Everything ships from Dhaka. Charges and timing are shown at checkout before you pay or confirm cash on delivery.

Charges

• Inside Dhaka: &tag;60 flat, free on orders over &tag;2,500.
• Outside Dhaka: &tag;120 flat through our courier partners.
• Cash-on-delivery handling: &tag;30 per order.
• International: not available yet — message us through the contact page if you need a one-off parcel abroad.

Timelines

• Order processed: same working day if placed before 4:00 PM, otherwise next working day.
• Dhaka: 24–72 hours after dispatch.
• Other districts: 3–7 working days.
• Sylhet, hill districts and remote areas can take longer — courier coverage decides, not us.

Working days

Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and national public holidays are closed, so an order placed on a Thursday evening effectively starts moving on Saturday.

Tracking

You receive a courier tracking number by SMS and email when the parcel leaves us. Track it from the courier’s site, or send the number to us and we will chase it. If a parcel is stuck for more than 5 working days, we investigate and re-send or refund.

Receiving the parcel

• Inspect the outer packaging before you pay the courier.
• Pay the exact amount shown on your order confirmation — no extra “delivery tips” are charged by our couriers.
• Refuse a parcel that is visibly opened or swapped, and tell us the same day.

Address problems

Add the building name, road, and a landmark. Couriers in Bangladesh deliver on phone calls, not on map pins, so a vague address is the single biggest cause of delay. You can change an address any time before dispatch through the contact form.
