1. The store
TOPEDGE® sells clothing and accessories online from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you confirm.
2. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or SMS.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch. Two missed attempts to reach you may cancel the order.
- We may cancel an order for a pricing or typing error, wrong stock count, suspected fraud, or if the delivery address cannot be served by our courier partners.
- If we cancel a paid order, the refund goes back to the original payment method.
3. Payment
We accept cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, and major cards through our licensed payment gateway. COD orders carry a small handling charge shown at checkout. Please collect your parcel only when you intend to keep it — repeated refused COD parcels may lead to the account being restricted.
4. Delivery
Inside Dhaka: 24–72 hours. Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees — strikes, floods, courier delays and public holidays shift them. Once a parcel is handed to the courier we give you a tracking number and help chase it, but we are not liable for the courier’s delays beyond our control.
5. Returns and exchange
You have 7 days from delivery to request a size swap or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Innerwear, socks and items marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Refundable orders are paid back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the parcel. Full details are on the returns page.
6. Product information
We photograph and describe products as accurately as we can. Screen calibration, dye lots and print placement vary between production runs, so a small difference between the photo and the garment you receive is normal and is not a defect. Colour names are our own labels, not industry codes.
7. Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us if your account is used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for giving accurate contact and address details.
8. Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, logos, print designs and site code on this store belong to TOPEDGE® or its licensors. You may not copy, resale images, or reproduce our designs commercially without written permission. Our own inspirations are credited where required.
9. User content
Reviews and photos you submit must be your own, honest and lawful. By posting them you give us a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site and our social channels with your name or initials. We remove abusive, defamatory or fake content when reported.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladesh law. Otherwise, our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed events or lost earnings.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes go first to our support team, then to consumer rights protection under the relevant Bangladesh consumer protection rules, and finally to the courts of Dhaka.
12. Changes
